We are a small publishing initiative operating as a not for profit in Athens. We put effort in thinking distribution differently and our books are available through many local stores. Before you place your online order with us, we suggest you have a look at our Selling Points, there may be a supplier nearer to you.

1. Shipments
All international shipments are handled on Wednesdays by our fulfillment partner in Berlin Books People Places. We ship through UPS ground service, DHL sea fright or German Post depending on your location. Average shipping time is 4 weeks, do contact us if you are willing to pay for a faster method. 
Delays may occur due (post)pandemic malaise, Brexit and other restrictions around borders. Our shipping prices as indicated at the check out, are flat rates. The shipping cost for sending out one copy, is the same as shipping two, three or four copies. We recommend you to use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours: 9:00–20:00 from Monday to Friday. Domestic shipment, inside Greece, are handled on a weekly basis as well by O Meteoritis bookstore in Athens.

2. Customs
Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Additionally, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we do not have insight regarding these charges, and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information.

3. Purchase and Payments
All purchases are final. We accept payments in cash (pick up with one of us in Athens and get a 20% discount), by PayPal, or Credit card. Thank you for your patience and for supporting an ecosystem of small publishers during these challenging times.

4. Returns
If a parcel will return to our warehouse, for reasons attributable to you; we will send you an email to ask if you would like to pay for a second trial. This time all shipping costs will be on your behalf. If we won’t receive any answer, we will understand that you have abandoned the order placed. In that case, no refunds are applicable. Should you decide to return an order for refund, please note that kyklà cannot be responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with return shipments and that any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order arrives damaged
Our books are fragile and paper is a living organism. Small damages may occur and we consider this part of the book making and distribution process. If you are not satisfied however, with the way your order reaches you, do get in touch: and we’ll find a solution together.

6. Your data
We do not store your payment data. We only collect your address for the purpose of shipping you the books. We do not store your e-mailaddress. If you would like to receive our newsletter, do sign up under ‘Contact’.
